How can I pay?

All bookings need to be confirmed by payment at least 48hours prior to departure, either directly at our agency at Anse Vata ou before you arrive by credit card. We accept all major credit cards, cash and foreign currency.

If the weather is bad, can we change to another day? Any penalty charges ?

All our tickets can be changed to another day without extra cost even on departure day.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full refund in exchange of ticket, please do not loose your ticket.

Is it advisable to take a baby with us?

You can take your baby pram and necessities, on the island there is plenty of shade as well for your baby, our staff can help you heat up the baby food before mealtimes.

Any facilities for handicap persons?

Our staff is there to helpfor boarding if needed for persons in wheelchair during your daytrip, for the moment we do not have toilets with wheelchair access but again, our friendly staff is there to help if needed.

Can we rent any snorkeling gear on the island?

Rental of mask, tuba and fins for the day are available on the island for an extra charge of 1000 cfp per set with a deposit of 1000 cfp.

Any showers on the island?

You can shower on the island after your swim, just be informed that fresh water is limited so please save water when showering.

Do you organise scuba diving at Amedee island?

We can include a scuba dive during your daytrip to the Amedee island at en extra cost ( please consult us for price ) including one dive and all equipment.

Can we rent jet skis, kayaks, etc.. on the island?

No, you cannot rent these on the island.

Can we bring our windsurf/kitesurf/kayak on the boat?

It is not advisable to do so as we do not have a security boat in case of problems.

Is there a senior citizen tarif?

Yes, for persons over 60, kindly specify during booking.

Can we hire wetsuits?

Yes, wetsuits and shoes available for hire on the island.

We are a family of 2 adults and 4 kids of ages 1, 6, 11 and 18, is there a special price for big families?

Yes, we have family packages with special prices for children under 12 and also for students till 18 yrs, please specify when booking.

Can we stay overnite on the island?

No one except the lighthouse keeper is authorized to stay on the island overnight.

We have heard about the "tricots rayés" how venomous are they?

The tricots rayés seakraits are endemic to New Caledonia, they are deadly but not aggressive creatures.

It is my husband’s birthday, can we organize a birthday cake or something to celebrate?

We can make an announcement over the microphone during lunch and our beautiful dancers will invite him for a local island dance during the show.

Can we buy extra drinks on the island?

Our bar is open except during lunchtime.

Is there a shop where we can get suncream, stamps etc.?

We have a boutique on the island where you can buy souvenir tshirts and pareos, postcards, stamps and other souvenirs, sun cream, batteries and other things that you have forgotten.

We would like to scuba dive the both of us are confirmed divers, but we have a baby, is there a babysitting service available whilst we are doing the dive?

If we can help in anyway, our friendly staff is there to assist you, please specify when booking.

We are leaving New Caledonia the same night after the Amedee daytrip, is there a place where we can keep our luggage on the boat as we have to check out from our hotel before boarding?

Your luggage can be kept on our boat during your trip.

Is there fresh water on the island?

You can buy bottled water at the bar, otherwise during the meal, drinking water is provided.

Can we go there for just half a day?

We only operate one trip per day, for information the lighthouse island is 24 km away from Noumea.

Do you go everyday?

We operate 5 times per week on a regular basis on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and sometimes other days of the week, please consult us with approximate dates.
